Lainate, November 2017 – Carlo Gavazzi Automation, the international electronics group with activities in the design, manufacture and marketing of electronic equipment, today presents its new wireless input module, the SHJWIN.
This wireless device allows the reading of up to 4 contact inputs or 4 pulse outputs, according to S0 precision and sends the data to the Sx2WEB controller and datalogger.
Due to its compact dimensions, its installation is fast and easy, even where there is space restriction and thanks to its scalability the new module can be progressively integrated into the system according to the application needs.
“The purpose of this launch is to add an input and pulse counter module to our wireless portfolio to provide a solution in those applications where it is not possible to wire cables,” says Raffaella Sirena – International Product Manager. “Carlo Gavazzi is now able to offer several extra features, such as extended transmission distance, de-central installation and two products in one (input module and pulse counter), making this system more attractive to system integrators and providing significant savings in installation costs. We expect that the ongoing positive development in the Building Automation market in many countries will be further boosted by these new exciting system enhancements.”
Developed by our Competence Centre in Italy, this wireless input module has been specifically designed for Building Automation market applications such as de-central counting of pulses from energy meters, water meters, gas meters and general purpose input.
